Sato Shoji Corporation has decided to cease operations and close its Cambodian subsidiary, SATO-SHOJI (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD., effective June 30, 2026, in light of changes in the business environment and other factors.
The impact of this matter on the consolidated financial results and financial position of the Group is expected to be minimal.
The liquidation procedures for the subsidiary will be carried out appropriately in accordance with applicable local laws and regulations.
